Back to School Information for TJE

New and returning students must complete online registration. If assistance is needed, our staff will be available on the dates and times listed below.


Registration Assistance

  • Morning & Afternoon Registration
    • July 25 – July 28, 2022
      Monday – Thursday ONLY
      8:30 am – 11:30 am
      1:00 pm – 4:30 pm
    • August 1 – August 12, 2022
      8:30 am – 11:30 am
      1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
  • Evening Registration
    • August 4, 2022
      5:00 pm – 6:30 pm

The building will be closed until 1:00pm on Wednesday, August 10TH for staff to attend convocation.

Documents needed for Enrollment:

1. Parent/Legal Guardian’s Government Issued Photo Identification

2. Proof of Residency in the form of a current (within last 30 days) electric, gas, water bill or lease agreement. No other documents will be accepted: including, but not limited to, termination and disconnection notices.

3. Student’s Social Security Card

4. Student’s Shot Record (must show child's name)

5. Student’s Certified Birth Certificate (Order a certified birth certificate at Texas.gov [Español])

6. If applicable, Withdrawal Papers and Records from last school attended.

You must have a proof of residency submitted before you can receive your child’s teacher assignment. Please do this prior to Meet the Teacher to avoid long lines.
